The ability source card within the Tv is defective meaning there's no image or audio. (that is based on the repair shop)
It is under guarantee, but is definitely an exchange-only fix.
I called RCA, put up a document and waited and waited. Their solution would be to place a fee for $686.40 on my charge card plus $160.00 for delivery.
As of this period may they send a brand new Television. After I return the damaged tv they'll credit my take into account the $686.40.
I neglect to place any support because declaration. I'd to pay for the repair center $75.00 simply to identify the issue. I would equally well purchase a new tv, not at all an RCA and simply your investment entire guarantee. Guarantees in the maker of these products are simply not really a sensible choice.
