Poor Customer Servoce

Spending extra each month to ensure that if support is out they come as repair it. Out for some nights (cannot locate sign), and that I examined everything many times, as the saying goes on the automatic telephone support. Got a "actual' individual (underpaid software audience) who'd me undergo the same actions again, with no function nevertheless. I had been unpleasant as she'd me check some exterior link on the container having said that "caution." I advised her that I actually do spend additional to possess somebody cope with the harmful material. I politely requested for boss, and was on-hold for fifteen minutes. Boss stated I'd need to delay per week before support individual might emerge. I'd be acknowledged for that times I had been without support. I'd need to call-back then.
