This company has a slick looking website with a lot of older TV shows offered on DVD. They promise high quality, low prices, fast delivery, and good customer service, BUT they deliver NONE of the above! I should have known that when something LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE... IT IS! I placed my order on 9/18, contacted them on 10/07 when I had not received my DVDs, and was assured they had been shipped. After 2 more weeks I again contacted them and told them to cancel my order and refund my card, which they said they would on 10/20.
Instead, on 10/21 they called and said my order would be shipped and provided a FedEx confirmation number. I hoped for the best and on the 25th I finally received my DVDs. They turned out to be homemade stuff recorded off TV, very POOR QUALITY, paper labels, they freeze and won't play what the menu indicates is on the disc.
I wish I had discovered this website before I placed my order, but it looks as though most of these problems were within the last 1 - 2 months. This 'UNFORGETTABLE' outfit has NO PHONE NUMBER and NO E-MAIL... All communication is thru their website. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint, but if you are reading this, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
