"No Late Fees"

I've been hiring from Hit for many decades and also have never had an issue. I've settled late fees after I had them just before Hit altering the plan on "No Late Fees". I've today handled two problems inside a monthis time.

Lately, because the start of March, I'd delivered a dvd which was "overdue".in either case, it had been delivered and that I was informed that it had been not in. After looking the whole shop, they ultimately discovered the "dropped" dvd. They'd tucked it right into a area which was thought to today be possessed (after spending the dvd operator charge of $24.40). The dvd was delivered among the several copies it'd. I still needed to spend the possession charge and today own a dvd which was originally delivered towards the shop.

Subsequently, I obtained a phone from Hit stating that I'd overdue dvds. I hire the dvds exactly the same evening I'd allegedly never delivered the final dvd. I delivered these dvds 2 or 3 times after hiring them out. I went in to the shop today and reported. The individual in the table published along the figures and looked for them through the shop. She discovered them equally and required equally overdue films off.

She was extremely polite about this. But, today, after coping with problems twice of "overdue" films, I've chose to finish my account and ensure that this doesn't occur to other people I know, or they know.

So perhaps today, Hit's mantra ought to be "No Late Costs, now Own the Film".
