On 8/17/08 i requested dish network. I'd directv but dish network appeared as if a better option. It had been scheduled to be mounted 8/22/08 between 8 & 12. I'd scheduled to remove directv that day plus it was disconnected. While dish network did not appear, i named them and they explained that since i have had had dish network in 2001 and had switched to directv, their computer process confused the client number that i'd in those days and automatically deleted my installation purchase. After being on the phone for 45 units they explained they could not deploy dish network for 14 days. I'd organization arriving that day and may not wait 14 days to allow them to do the installation. I told them to foget it and that i named directv to reconnect me. Dish network explained that because it was their problem, they'd refund the 49.95 link charge. Donald at dsih community explained he sent their boss concerning the horrible method i'd been addressed. Used to do not have the refund and so i named again on 9/15 and talked to toby. He explained that everything was recorded but that dish network could not return my cash, opponent's security would need to refund it simply because they were the contractors (that never turned up). On 9/16 i named defenders protection and spoke with christy. She said the connection fee was non-refundable. Dish network was never related but christy only laughed at me. Easily had used a creditcard rather than my bank card, i'dn't be having this issue. On 9/23 i sent dish network. They said that i'd must contact defenders protection. I sent back and told them that i'd and may not find anywhere together. I expected them to show my problem to a. Since that time i've not heard from their website. They're ignoring me and it seems there's no method for me to obtain a refund of the link charge. It had been their computer glitch that caused the problem in the first position. This isn't right which is not reasonable.
