I puchased a DVD group of WKRP in Cinncinati on Dec. 18, with 12-14 time running. Received mail per month later that it had been on back-order, along with a cash back present. Then another month later a contact that it had been shiped, along witht tracking identification. I had been unable to monitor my purchase, I received no reaction to mail, and not able to cope with about the telephone. However the received their cash! So much for buying online.
