I purchased a-50 inch samsung lcd from (HH Crap) in july. Purchased the warranty since I had been informed once they focus on the exact same issue 4 occasions they'll change it. Viewed television for around 5 months got reddish areas on image named customer support, specialist could not fix issue. To create a lengthy history small they done it 4 occasions purchasing components each tme. And so I return to HH Crap plus they inform me the first support phone does not count and that I need to create another support call. So I did so and also the supervisor of the shop called Fredd explained once they substitute the following part-they may trade it. Well below it's January and 6 support calls later I'm still looking to get my television mounted. I'll not or suggest one to purchase from HHGregg.
