Requested three (3) various sequence all previously, $250.00 whole.
First collection obtained within 1 week of purchasing. No show information, disk not described, not in oxygen day series, inadequate quality duplication. E-mail sent describing the issues, requested for return agreement and so I might return them to get a return.
Next set obtained while expecting response for that first collection. Same issues. Mail sent requesting return authorization.
Responses received, no-return authorization provided. Was recommended substitutes could be delivered. Haven't gotten them.
The 3rd sequence was never obtained despite the fact that cargo notice was delivered.
This all happened during midjune time period
Our charge card was billed for the whole purchase at that time of the very first delivery. I've never obtained a credit back on the purchase, and followup emails haven't been solved.
