When logging on to the account, there is no contact link. I need to discuss this account with a human being and when calling their 800-262 number I can't get through to anyone except recording. It's been 2 weeks since I mailed a payment and they have not (according to their computer generated system) yet received it and they have suspended my account. I can't pull up an order-history on the website even to see what has been order, returned, etc.
Please help! ASAP!
