I was charged $9.99 on two occasions, i did not order this. When i called they said it was done through a teeth whitening website. I dont even know what Axiswellnessportal even is, and i never gave or even received anything that i "supposably" purchased. You taking money out of my account without my permission caused my car payment not to go through. And now i owe the bank money because the money for my car payment wasnt there because you charged and took money out of my account. Once again i never ordered, signed up, with any of you to. Now im dealing with my car loan people and i need my money to be put back in my bank account ASAP. I am not going to go away. This upsets me alot and i will be writing and complaining and calling until i get my money back. Please contact me when the process of my money is being handled. Again the amount of $9.99 was taken out twice so iam expecting both those amounts to be put back ASAP
