Direct TV asked for a debit card, said it didn't go through, proceeded to repeatedly take money from my account (until I cancelled my cards) and now denied all responsibility. Customer service representatives tell me what I can and cannot do, but deny any ability to remedy mistakes and the really fun one is that the receivers do not even work!
