I have two hughes.net satellite hookups because without satellite all there is is our rural area is dial up. One of the hook ups is the new gen 4, and the other is the older version. For the last month the daily service has gotten extremely bad, slow to non-existent. It is to the point that our real estate computers have to go to town to get service at McDonalds Wifi. And at home, like now, I can only use it after 10 pm cdst. And no relief in sight. Can't even get to hughes net customer service to register a complaint, all the reps are tied up for hours on end.
