The Internet was out since Monday morning and I had been rebooting modem and router the whole morning until around 2PM that I didn't see any Cable TV signal then I realized that I didn't get and cable signal at all. The TV signal was back on around 9 PM even though the customer service rep told me it would be back in 30 mins at 6:45PM. The Internet continues to be down and the estimated time that TW gave has all been lies - 30 minutes, 1 hr, 2 hrs. Guess what? This is the fifth day and it's unacceptable! TW 's customer service reps have the nerve to upsell their services - home phone and cable Internet upgrade. Why would I want to pay more when I don't even get the basic Internet back??
