Everyone here should go to the Better Business Bureau

They have a A rating and everytime I look at reviews EVERYONE hates it, to incude me! I have called for trouble tickets more than 12 times in 7 months. This company has techs that have no idea what they are doing, to include ther lead tech in 33578.
