Since eatablishing service in September I have had nothing but charges that seem to never go down no matter how many times I pay them. I have requested a itemized bill for what thier charges are and have never recieved one. Then without warning they cut my service and never mailed me anything regarding why or that they even were going to do this. My father had a quadruple bypass 2 dayss before i was cut off and because of this i have not been able to email family or friends with updates on his condition! I have relatives that live out of state and i cannot afford to to make so many out of state phone calls. Because of this happening my relatives that have any At&t service are intending to end service with the company because this has caused even more trauma to an already traumatic time. My father has had major complications and i have not been able to keep loved ones informed. Ironically at&t was able to send me a letter threatening to charge me an extra 150 dollars if I dont return thier equipment in 10 days! Funny how they are capable of mailing me when they want too but didnt mail me an itemized bill i asked for nor a letter telling me they were going to shut off my service. They offered no help or support to resolve the situation and were downright rude and nasty when I phoned. I was warned by freinds not to go with at&t because of exactly these mob mentality tactics they have.

The worst part about this is they offered no resolution at a time when it was most needed. They gave no warning of cutting me off. And for months Ive asked for an itemized bill and have never gotten. I have been paying them 150 but the bill never seems to drop down. They gave no warning of cutting me. Ive never had a company do that and they act proud of it. Thats how rude they have been. Nothing came in the mail or email or phone. However they did mail me a ticket telling me I had to take thier equipment back in 10 days or get charged another 150! Its horrible how they have been.

RECENTLY I WAS EVACUATED FROM MY HOME because my complex was flooded so bad people had to be rescued out. My town has been all over the news, Lisle Il. Now i have no cable and extra charge because i didnt get the equipment
Returned. I havent been able to get in my house and prior to this my father had quadruple bypass. Does anyone that works there ever have a traumatic event happen to them. If they had, then I doubt they could be this cold hearted
