I was told that the mounthly cost was $104. They also said that the installation and activation charges were waved. My first bill was $159. After being on the phone for over and hour and being transfered to 8 different people, because the last person could not help. I was told that they were not allowed to wave that fee. There is also no direct connection for ATT Uverse customers to customer service, it is a nightmare. We will be changing service after only one month.
