Here is one for you. I had a previous acct in a different state. When I had Direct Tv installed severls months later in the state I now reside in I was told I could not view my acct on line bec ause my ej-mail address is tied to my old account. When I tried to access my old acct to change my profile, it says it does not recognize my e mail address. Impossible to win. They are taking billing out of old Visa # on a card I have not updated. When I consulted they told me to get on line and change my card info. Ha
