This is the 3rd time I will have requested a cable card and a digital tuning adapter from TWC. I have also requested HBO.
I have recently switched to Basic from Digital and have purchased a TIVO dvr to replace the sad ones TWC use.
I believe this is why I am not receivng the service they have promised. Twice - we've been promised that the Cable Card is 'in the mail' along with the tuners. They have promised FedEx 2 day service and - I've called Fed Ex - and guess what? No record of any shipment.
My husband even tried to go to the local office to pick one up - and after a 45 minute wait in line - we were told - "Sorry - we don't have any - we will ship one to you - two day FeD Ex'.
We've been trying to get this since Dec 21. What else can we do?
