One week before our trip we are told we do not qualify. I was asked if we still made 50,000 or more a year and said no. The process went through and we planed our vacation. When told we were not goin to qualify I said fine refund my money Well we can only do 73.50 here you have to go a web site and see if they will answer your message for refund. Really, you can sell the package but not fix your own screw up. No one in the office can give me a phone number for the other part of their own company. Bull sh*t
