I am writing this email in response to an air travel program that we did with your company. This is not my first contact with your company concerning the on going problems that we have had over the past 14 months. We purchased some air line ticket vouchers in conjunction with a direct mail piece we did for several of our clients. The customer who received a certificate had to send in $20 along with the paperwork and in return would get airline tickets vouchers to a list of predetermined places.

In order to get the tickets the travelers were obligated to make their accommodations with your company (The Guest List). We were told the whole process would take 4-6 weeks, which has turned into months. Some of my customers received their information and others have not. Those who did receive their vouchers they were dated January 26. We didn't even do the program until September. So the two year voucher turned out to be one year.in the midst of all this situation we could no longer get a hold of your company either by phone or by email because the phone was disconnected and email address was disconnected as well.

In order to keep face with my client we purchased more certificates from a company out of Fort Lauderdale to replace the vouchers to each customer. On top of that we paid the mail in processing fee of $50. Since this was such a long and exasperating process, I had many customers refuse to go through it again and our company refunded the $20 that was sent to you and cashed by you.

To make matters even more interesting I have been turned into the Better Business Bureau two times and one lady even contacted the local media and there was a write up in our local newspaper about it. She also contacted the Attorney General. We ended up having to buy her tickets to Munich, Germany. We have been in business since 1934 and not once have we ever been turned in the the Better Business Bureau or Attorney General.

Don't worry we are only getting started, the story goes on. I received a call from a person last week about her trip she wanted to take. All she had to do was send you a check for over $2,000 dollars in order to cover her lodging. They were suppose to stay in a hotel, standard room of course, at the rate of almost $160 per night per person. Funny thing is I looked on the internet and found the same hotel for the same dates at a rate of $62.49 per night, double occupancy. So they would have paid you 5X the going rate per night. Sounds like the only person getting free air fare is YOU!
