I purchased a timeshare a couple years ago and at first I really loved having it, but as time went on I wanted to get out of the contract. The company does not offer any type of assistance to resale the property or help with lowering pmts. Truth be told I really can not afford this timeshare any longer and I am struggling with paying the monthly payments. While I have used the points and have been extremely satisfied with it I just cant afford it. Every time I go on vacation they want me to go to these update meetings and want to run my credit. They waste my time and pressure me into applying for this or that.
I've tried to seek help with www.buyatimeshare.com and I'm not sure if they are a rip off or not. The guy told me that normally they charge anywhere from $1000.00 and up for advertising but he would only charge me $199.00. I found that to be very odd why would someone drastically lower a price for advertising. Needless to say I need help and I'm having a hard time trying to find help with this problem!!
