This was my first and will be my last experience with Allegiant Air. I needed to cancel and reschedule an itinerary and while time was of the essence for a business related trip. I did not purchase "Travel Protection" and am not disputing the cancellation fees. The problem is that their web site does not work! I logged in to my account to cancel the flight but could not fully execute the request. I tried this from three different computers and three different internet connections. I was stuck and needed to book my new flight. When I waited over 30 minutes to speak with them to request a refund they told me they do not give refunds or merge vouchers on purchased flights. It didn't matter that their web site doesn't work as designed. Becoming extremely upset, I requested to speak to a manager. They put me on hold, came back a few minutes later and said I will receive a call back in 24-48 hours. I finally received an email stating "We're sorry... Our terms and conditions state... With no resolution". This email came from a "do not reply" account so I couldn't further communicate with anyone without starting over from square one. What a disaster. If you want customer satisfaction, you will not find it with Allegiant Air.
