About 2 weeks ago in October I also received a phone call about a FREE vacation package. I was told I would be rushed a package in the mail that let me know more about it and if I didn't want it I could easily cancel my free membership and wouldn't be charged anything to my bank account. Well I never received the mail and I had $149.00 taken from my account by a company called Suntasia Marketing. I called the bank and told them about it and am waiting on them to mail me a dispute form, which I plan to fill out and send to the bank.
I also searched as many records for a way to get in touch with the company Suntasia Marketing and found the 1-888-824-7675 number but that number I never got to speak with an operator so I searched some more and found another number that actually a human being answered the phone Suntasia Marketing and I was able to discuss to them about this. They said they didn't send it to me because my address was wrong and then they tried to sell me the package for only $99.00 instead of the $149.00. I refused and told them I wanted all my money back and if they didn't comply I would file a claim against the state of Florida Secretary of State and so forth. They said they would refund my money it would take 5 to 7 business days. So I am waiting to see if they will really refund my money so I won't have to take other actions about this.
