I booked 3 tickets. Then the price went down 250$ each ticket. I called up to see if there was anything they could do. They said no, there are no refunds... But we can cancel your flight and rebook you at the new lower price and give you a travel credit of $625.00. Awesome I thought, not so. They charged my credit card for 3 more flights, plus kept the orginal flight charged. I called them several times over serval days, spoke with several supervisors, even a manager... The call was not recorded, the agents notes state she told me it was 3 credits of $625 (the original price of each of the tickets) her notes say she told me about the 150$ rebooking fee for each ticket (outright LIE). Why would I call to see if I could get a cheaper price and then agree to pay more??? They refuse to work with me, even after I offered to keep the original price of tickets and pay a 200$ fine, they don't care about their customers at all!!! And they are stationed in India? And have very strong accents, hard to understand, easy to get confused, and they seem like they are not sure what they are doing! I know with buisness practices like this they will go out of buisness!
