Given the airline system prices millions of itineraries, it sometimes excludes taxes most notably fuel surcharges as the fuel prices fluctuates. Secondly when multiple airlines are part of the itinerary they expect other airline to add the fuel surcharges which creates such pricing anomalies.
We have clearly listed in our terms and conditions that in case a system error occurs, we will let the customer know the correct price to purchase or cancel the itinerary.in case a customer service agent gave you the different price but charged a different price kindly send the email and the credit card statement showing the charge and we will refund the overcharge right away.
Finally, once you have left the country and you require a change, we are always here to help you. But in most cases Airlines will charge a significant change fee and difference in fare (hundreds of dollars) to re-issue the tickets. We advise our customers to also check with the airlines locally as number of times local office waive those penalties.
