I tried to use the Sears Auto Club trip planner and it was a joke. I was given a web site that did not work and transfered to every dept there. After 1.5 hours and several phone calls I gave up. I am cancelling my membership, do not use these people!
I have never been so frustrated in my life. The Allstate people were no better.
This may be the one company that should be outsourced overseas.
