This email from an investigative reporter should summarize my experience pretty well:
Sorry to hear about your troubles with Mystical Vacations. Unfortunately... You're one of hundreds, perhaps thousands, being taken by these guys. I'm glad you're filing a complaint with the Arizona AG's office. Please urge your friends and family to do likewise. Because MV has been double and triple-charging customers after their initial purchase... You all need to notify your credit cards and banks about what's going on. People who paid from their checking accounts, may want to get new account numbers. Those who made credit card purchases need to make sure they block charges from any of the following three companies: Mystical Vacations (of course), Travel Values Alert Club, or 2 Percent Solution.
Those of you in California may also want to contact your attorney general's office to see if they know anything about Mystical. While the company holds an Arizona Business License, all but one of its employees live and work in California. I'd be curious to hear if CA even knows about these guys. I have not been able to get through to anyone there myself. Let me know if you find out anything. Thanks for your interest in our story.
