Weather prevented me from catching my connecting flight, NY was not very helpful in giving me a hotel vocher, other had, telling me about my flight times, or anything else. I landed in the city where my flight should have left 3 hrs ealier and ther it was leaving in 10 minutes. I caught it y pure luck, My Trans Am people never told me the fkight was there. The commuicatiobn was non existant I feel i will never use that air line again
