After I request a complete reimbursement on both for cause of confidence just 11 hours following the reservation they offered me credit for just one Travelation my charge card twice and never another. Later that evening they delivered me a mail stating my trip situations was transformed after I attempted to alter my trip for a later date they stated flat-out no modifications despite the fact that their flight companion created the modifications I reserved with another flight and dropped any way to get my cash back. The aspect that is worse is. They out-source anything it is exactly the same out-source individuals simply informing me the same and then when I request supervisor they declare one will-call me back.
