A reservation termination was sent atleast 4 times prior to the anticipated day of appearance (24-hours was the restriction). Somebody on-staff or in administration accepted by mail the cost was in mistake, but later stated that the problem "pended on vendor solutions". These last terms were on January 25th.
We submitted a using the BBB in Phoenix Arizona that was shut July 25th without any reaction in the Resort. The neighborhood BBB statement three more grievances with no response since that day, the final one being January.
