RVM vacations & Take Me On Vacation
Paid for a vacation and cruise and was promised it was ours to use whenever and now they're no where to be found

We paid for a vacation in orlando and a bahamas cruise. We never used it and i would update info. Periodically to make sure we still had it. We were told it was our vacation forever and could use it

Whenever we chose to do so. Here it is we want to use it and take me on vacations has disappered.
