Falling Apart Plaza Hotel, Wheeling, Wva The room was the dirtest and least operative of any hotel I've ever stayed in

The wall paper was peeling in large chunks, the carpet and bathroom floor apeared to have never been cleaned, the window had so much dust on it you could leave messages, the bed looked as if they had been under water, the blankets had burn holes in them, the AC left the room cool but very wet, and the elevators kept traping people all weekend.
