My family was traveling JetBlue from West Palm Beach, Florida to NYC. Unfortunately, My father rings, watches, and other jewelry was STOLEN out of his personal bag that was IN HIS LUGGAGE. OF Course these bags get scanned for potential explosive items and any eminent threats of danger. Well its more than obvious the biggest and dangerous threat IS THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT SUCH ESTABLISHMENT... I find it discerning and appalling to believe we LIVE in a safe environment, when the people that protect you, ARE THEY PEOPLE THAT IN INFRINGE ON YOUR VERY SAFETY. I guess its for the GOOD of the SERVICE, it was THEIR DUTY to LEAVE THE TSA TAG" Bagged Check". I guess its not a real violation to STEAL FROM THE PASSENGER, WHO PAYS FOR GOOD SERVICE. These were family heirlooms that CANNOT BE REPLACED. He is very hurt behind that matter because it was items that was passed down from his father... I will no longer travel jet blue. I hope you will no longer travel jet blue. I lost faith in a broke system. The fact you only have (4) hours to claim theft is ridiculous, its a policy that only ensures the welfare of the ESTABLISHMENT. Most travelers DO NOT unpack until the following day. I'm more than insulted, and will take this matter to the highest level possible. Whether its TSA or JET BLUE, There's traitor on the ship, and YOUR WELL BEING AND YOUR BUSINESS IS IN JEOPARDY...
