This is an e-mail that I sent American Airlines Customer Relations Department. Let's see if they respond to me and they do something about it. I am posting it here to let everyone know about my opinion and experience with American Airlines.

To Whom It May Concern:
It has been a while that I dont use American Airline to fly and I have used Southwest in the past. Now I know why I stopped flying with your company besides you being more expensive than the others and charging more specially when it comes to luggage.
Luggage is the reason I am contacting you to complaint about my recent flight experience with you. I flew out of Nashville, TN to Miami, Florida on Thursday March 29 and returned back home on Thursday April 5.
On the way to Miami the plane was big, nice, it had televisions, and music/audio via headphones connectivity on the arm rest. On the way back home the plane was very small and it had nothing. You figure for what you charge you would use the same plane to come back and if you are going to use and put someone in such a small plane to charge less but you dont.
You charge the same no matter what! What a rip off! And speaking about rip off, is also what you charge per luggage. $25.00 dollars, wow! Good thing I only had 1 and the other one was a carry on.
When I arrived at the Nashville, TN airport to get my luggage it never came out. Was told to go to your baggage claim services. When I went and asked about it I was told that it was left in Miami and it will be delivered to my house later on the day. When I asked why that happened, they didnt told me anything about it and I was given a piece of paper to inquiry later on about the status of my luggage.
I called your baggage customer service number and was told that it was scheduled to arrive in Nashville on a flight that was coming in around 4:30 in the afternoon. When I asked why this happened I was told that this happens all the time when the plane is small and due to size/weight restrictions. I was shocked after I was told this and with that being the case more reason for you to either use a bigger plane as mentioned before or charge less. Never heard of this before or nothing like this has ever happened to me before when flying other airlines.
The main reason I flew with you again this time is because it was a last minute trip because my mom got sick and I had it to make it to Miami as soon as possible and you are the only airline that flights directly from Nashville, TN to Miami, Florida. When I have flown Southwest in the past I go to Ft. Lauderdale since they are the only closest place to Miami that they go direct and then I rent a car there to drive to Miami and then return it. It comes cheaper than paying for transportation (shuttle or taxi) from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami.
This time I couldnt do that due being a last minute family emergency trip. From now on I think I will stick with Southwest even if I have to pay for transportation to Miami (if I cant rent a car) than to fly with you. I figured that for what you did you at least should refund me for what you charge me for the luggage or something.
But nope, as of this date you havent done that or offer me some kind of credit for a future trip with you to compensate for all this hassle. Now I see why you have file for bankruptcy and not doing as well as you used to in the past. From my experience with you will not recommend you to others and will also tell others in my opinion my experience and what I think about your company.
