Richard Duluca, poising as Fisher and Brock Real Estate, solicited me over the phone about selling my timeshare in Mexico.in conjuction with an Liberty United Escrow Co, (Andrew MIller). I wired funds into Mexico to transfer title to them. It dragged on for a few months, but they always had a reason, Mexico being hard to deal with, etc... After sending the last of the funds, their phone #'s are disconnected and the web sites I checked on to no longer exist. DO NOT work with these individuals.
They were very convincing and everything checked out in the beginning. I even priced out my timeshare to figure its worth. They have completely disappeared! And I have learned a tough lesson.
