I just completed a cruise on NCL booked throughDLC — I requested a handicapped suite with a balcony and was assured that is what I had booked. When I arrived on the NCL Star I did have a handicapped suite but no balcony. As the ship was full I was unable to switch. I went through my paperwork and unfortunately nothing tells you what you have booked in case a change is necessary. The suite was fine but it is still not what I requested. NCL stated they traced the booking back top the beginning and it DLC fault
