There was no problem with our reservations or with the flights.
The on-line reservation system worked well, and the one phone call I made regarding charges was handled quickly and professionally.
The flights left right on time and arrived right on time going and returning.
I applaud Continental for providing a light lunch at no cost. This is a pleasant surprise coming from a U.S. Carrier. The foreign carriers are much more customer friendly when it comes to food and drink on their flights.
