Poor dining experience

My spouse and that I went aboard the Carnival Elegance December 24th - January 1st for your Vacations. We'd to talk about our desk with visitors in the gold gem restaurant meals that was aweful. Furthermore, we reported to coordinator Joanna & supervisor Gariel who have been neither supportive or useful. Really dissapointing! We shall inform our buddies to consider twice about Carnival cruises as a result of this.
