Since DRI took over the management of our resort at Poipu Point (Kauai, Hawaii) in they have raised the management & administration fees 364%, increasing from $700K in 2006 to $3.3Million in 2010. Now DRI is demanding that us Owners pay $65M for water intrusion problems at our resort. If not, they will foreclose on us. Factor in that 4 of our 6 Board Members are DRI employees it is easy to understand why DRI is able to take such advantage of us Owners. Our $20K investments (deeds) are now selling for $1 to $100 on Ebay. Run as fast as you can from this DRI corporation before you too become a victim of dishonesty, a dictatorship, and outrageous management fees.
