I have tried the standard approaches to resolve the issue-email/calls to customer service at Choice Hotels. The staff is consistently rude and abrupt. Bottom line they continue to indicate emails had been sent indicating points would be deleted but never received the notices. Lost the 2000 points. Looking to email upper level management concerning their rude customer service team and hijacking of points. Whom could I email?
