Insensitive and rude collection agents ripoff

My wife was disabled in a car accident several years ago, she was unable to work, and our household income was cut in half. I informed Aqua Sun that I would probably be unable to make payments on the due dates but payments would not go delinquent (past 30 days). Linda Stone was the agent responsible for my account. She was rude and sadistic, seemingly getting pleasure out of threatening me with legal action if the payments didn't get in on the due date.

Called Linda's supervisor to report Linda's conduct but was told, in no uncertain terms, that she would do nothing to Linda. Each time I called to ask for someone higher up to report the rude conduct to I would get placed on hold or had to leave a voice mail and I would get no call back.

Thankfully, things financially got better for my family in a very short period of time and I not only made the payments on time but also paid the timeshare off early.

My beef is with the rude people in the collections department. For the people in Aqua Sun collections, please pray that tragedy never strikes your household and you have to ask for understanding from you debtors!
