Everything at Oasis Getaways is exactly the way Bruce in Grapevine, TX said it is.
These people are slick crooks. They never call you back or let you book any of the travel.
I have every call documented. These people need to be stopped. They have set up shop in several places around the country to scam people and take their money. Very slick presentation.
They promise a cruise for two and two free airline tickets just for listening to the sales presentation. Those never materialize.
A man named Phil at the Southlake location claims to be the head honcho. He pretends to get people to call you back.
When someone does call you back, they tell you they will call you again with travel choices. They NEVER call you back. I have documented over 20 phone calls between 10/26 and 12/5. If you get a representative on the phone, he/she
cannot help you with the kind of travel arrangement—I wanted a resort and that person only handled cruises. That representative would put me on a list and someone would call me within 24 hours. That never happened.
