I visited your resort on this past thanksgiving weekend (11/24-11/27) and attended a timeshare presentation conducted by a rep named Jim.
Jim was rude and made racist, and offensive remarks (what he thought were jokes). I was mortified and so were all members of my party. I couldn't even imagine ever recommending or purchasing a product from a company that employed such an individual. I am seriously considering consulting an attorney. Nevertheless this was one of the worst presentations I ever attended. His inappropriate behavior ruined my trip and my impression of the resort.
