I visited your resort on this past thanksgiving weekend (11/24-11/27) and attended a timeshare presentation conducted by a rep named jim. Jim was rude and made racist, and offensive remarks (what he though were jokes). I was mortified and so were all members of my party. I couldn't even imagine ...
