I read today about how Delta Airlines is focusing on customer service after the merger to be the best airline in the US and yet i keep waiting for them to reply to me and tell me who i can speak with to get some customer service about my question of prices.
Its really quite the annoying complaint.
They say they want to be good at customer service and here i am a customer with a complaint and they dont contact me.
