I stayed at this hotel on 9/20 and the service was abysmal. They offered FREE WIFI, however, it did not work. The next day, when I told the manager (Raspal), he told me that the kid who was working the day before should have called tech support. He knew NOTHING about that (the kid). So I was NOT able to get on my computer at all, although Raspal thought that was funny, he actually laughed at me.

Furthermore, the kid gave me bad directions to find a grocery store and copier place, they were wrong and he did not care. The sink was plugged and it WAS disgusting! Also, their computer had problems and put my original reservation as 9/10. I tried to cancel this reservation many times and I am not sure it has been canceled. The only "for sure" option I have to make sure I do NOT get charged next year is to cancel my credit card, which is a pain!

Upon checking out, the manager (Raspal) would NOT adjust my bill. After spending several hours on the phone with customer service, I called back and asked Raspal (who said he is the son of the owner of the hotel) to NOT charge me, service was absolutely horrible and he laughed at me again and said "NO WAY!" I told him I was going to report him to the BBB and he said he did not care. This is terrible!
