Vacation rip-off! Lauderdale

After reading all the negative reports, can I get any of my money back? I am very leary about taking this trip to FT. Lauderdale. I just happened to search the Ramada Plaza Resort, and I ended up reading all the horrible things people have gone through. My husband and I wanted to take a nice vaction for our 30th wedding anniversary, but after reviewing this, I don't think so!

Please respond, it would be greatly appreciated!
