No response to a service failure. No Internet service despite the fact it is promised

The people working for this In Town Suites and the Corporate office have proven they just dont care about the people staying at their hotel. I was promised wired internet. After I checked in and had problems getting on the internet I was told there was a big problem with the internet. I advised by the front desk staff I was job searching and it was imperative I have the internet. They said too bad. No refunds. Call and file a "concern" and you will get a call from corporate. 4 phone calls to a voice mail and 3 days later, no call, no help, nothing. I called another ITC and they advised me their internet worked. I advised the front desk to just let me transfer to the other location. Missy said no. She said she emailed an Area General Manager about my concern and I would just have to wait. She then hung up on me. Still no contact from anyone. This is my 4th day. The internet did not work again last night or this morning (September 13). Please use a credit card when you check in. Disputing the charges is the only way to get some justice with this place. It is my opinion, that this entire corporation is doomed to go out of business with this type of business practice. They dont deserve to be in business!!!
