I just cancelled my trial membership. The woman on the phone said she would cancel membership immediately and nothing would be charged on my card. After reading several complaints on usacomplaints.com, I decided it was too risky even at $9 a month.
I had printed off coupons for a trip and never used them, they were photocopies of the "Entertainment" coupons found in coupon books. It seemed shady to begin with, but I trusted hotels.com which was the affiliated website that reservation rewards found me through. Thank you for your reports. I just hope that they will indeed remove me from any billing in the future.
I hate it when I get conned or misled and I would rather not do business with any company that appears on usacomplaints.com more than twice. Thanks again and I will follow up if anything appears on my charge card from them.
