I arranged a vacation through virgin vacations in May for 14 times at Disney Port Orleans Resort the price of the vacation was £4,700. Whenever we arranged we obtained 5% discount, the following day after our scheduling was established we obtained a contact providing us 10% discount if we arranged subsequently, this totally was a punch within the face-to us directly after we had previously booked. I approached them-and was ostensibly informed "hard luck". More for this my buddy arranged the same vacation in july the identical... Fligt resort etc. 2 weeks after their vacation was reserved they obtained an ammended scheduling notice (after not Altering something themselves, declaring that Virgin had provided them 4 free Disney playground Seats for your length of the stay as well as 4 free dinner tickeks. It was no offer at that time they arranged their vacation. I approached Virgin to protest about that plus they declined to appear into the criticism and really did not actually observe their was any material to my complaint. Essentially I've been nicely and truly had... They've preserved over £1000 on park seats and got free meals. Aswell. We have a set NOTHING. We've reserved three times with Virgin today and experience truly allow dowm. We reserved over annually ahead of time for the vacation and also have been seriously punished for doing this. We just reserved to date ahead of time regarding verify our scheduling since we've a handicapped kid and so can't simply abandon our vacation reservations to last second. The vacation is a hugh economic stress to us within the first-place due to present economic areas but we're decided to create it a unique vacation for the kids. Virginis shear insufficient sympathy is horrible. They'd not really acknowledge they had created an error within the savings put on my buddies Mr and Mrs Davies' vacation. After which more for this declining to provide any type of payment or certainly clarification. It has quit a poor style in my own mouth, it's not good to become trated in this manner. I simply keep receiving blanks after I publish to one to discover when they may do something about that. Toadd insult to damage they delivered us a mailer informing people since we'd reserved together on over 1 occasion that people had today transferred directly into their Concern Virgin Frequent Flyers Membership"... Just directed at Faithful client... Devotion they do not understand this is of the term, shafted clients a lot more like. I'm so incredibly dissappointed.
